Here is precious baby Liliah, ready to meet her new parents! She has been beautifully painted, giving her a realistic skin tone. She does NOT have eye lashes. Her mouth has been opened and she can take a modified pacifier perfectly. What is a modified pacifier?- I have cut the tip off of a real pacifier to make it easier to insert into the baby's mouth. I prefer that you do not have to stretch the mouth open too far as that could risk damage to the corner's of her mouth.

Liliah is made from Platinum silicone and weighs 6 lbs, measuring 18 inches long. She fits preemie and newborn-sized clothing.

To ensure her skin looks natural, I’ve bathed and matted her with professional-grade doll powder, which eliminates the shiny look and sticky feel of silicone dolls. You can bathe her too!

Liliah is heavy, realistic, and floppy so you will want to support her head just like a real baby when carrying her. She is an ideal choice for both collectors and responsible children who want to dress and handle their doll with care.

*Please note that some dolls may not come with this exact list of goodies. If I am out of something, I will substitute with something else like an extra cap, headband, pacifier clip, or rattle.


To keep Liliah’s skin soft and touchable like a real baby, I recommend bathing her with a mild baby soap, then using matting powder designed specifically for silicone dolls, or you can use baby powder, or corn starch. Your doll will come with care instructions!

Please note: Liliah has a silicone pour spot on the top of her head. A headband or a little bonnet hides this. She does not have seam lines on her arms or legs! Lastly, this is an anatomically correct baby girl. All silicone dolls can have some minor imperfections due to the way they were poured and produced. Please beware of this.

Also please note: Silicone dolls are meant for adult collectors but many children want them as well. If purchasing this for a child, they must handle the baby with care as silicone is delicate.
